Chances are, new confirmed or possible characters (like pit or diddy kong) will have completely new moves we've never thought of. Last time, I checked, outside of Melee:
Sheik didnt have needles or a whip
Luigi didn't launch himself like a missile
Jigglypuff's rest wasn't an attack
Peach didn't have explosive hips
Fox and Falco didn't blink forward or lauch themselves in a blaze of fire
DK didn't whirl around like a tornado or smash people into the ground with his head
Ness didn't use PK Fire, PK Thunder, or PSI magnet
Captain falcon didn't do anything except drive a car
So whatever speculations there are, I'm sure there will be tons of surprises from the designers in terms of original moves.
