What happened at the last tourney? I was there, but i lost my first match and it took FOREVER for the losers brackets to start and I needed to leave before my 2nd match D: I'd be down to go again if it's done a little more efficiently.. the SB tournament before the last one was alot faster if I remember right (there were less people.. but still faster i think). I think as long as the next 2 people that are playing are wait at a TV before the current match is done, it should be chill. Oh yeah, and don't get too bitter about what I say, I'm still somewhat of a noob and I've only been to a handfull of tournaments, so I might not really know what i'm talking about.

ROFLMFAO it's almost unescapable. People are just incapable of not talking ****. Who the **** are you? When did I play you, and why would you need to mention that you came close to beating me? When was this? Were you that ****ing fox I played first round? The one I beat 2-0? Hm?

Edit: Maybe I'm taking this wrong, but what reason would you have for saying that? You justify your victory over Trevyn, yet you try to make it sound as if we had some matches that could have gone either way?

You must be such a great player. If that's the case, next time I'm in SoCal, we can money match for any amount of money you want. I'd bet my ****ing soul that you wouldn't take a match off me.

Usually, I don't let things get to me, but I've heard of a lot of **** talk coming from SoCal lately about me, mostly due to my poor performance down there as of late. I ****ing regret ever having come, because the minute you slip even once, people start thinking they can say ****. I'm not gonna' say any names, but for those of you who I have met in person, and act humble when you're talking to my face, yet turn around and ****ing try to say **** behind my back, you can **** off. You know **** right who you are.

Lol ur a cool guy and everything, but you didn't almost beat omar.

The only "almost" victory that exists is one where you take someone to the last match, and even then the "almost" is questionable.

If omar didn't lose a match, it was domination, period. Some people have a tendency to say "I go toe to toe with _____" because they come close but never win a match. If you were to lose 20 matches in a row and come close everytime, you still lost 20 matches in a row.

And cloud, to be honest i REALLY dont think omar meant to single you out. He had a bad experience in utah and SB with tourneys that went bad.

Also, on top of that, there are some newcomers who are honestly NOT THAT GOOD who feel that they are in a position to claim superiority over some of socal's greatest players or in some cases claim that these players are not "that good". While you aren't one of them, he said what he had to say because being from arizona, he can't exactly set people straight the next weekend. And people do say this type of ****.

This is to anyone who questions any good player's skill, you should say it to that person or say it in public rather than in privacy. It just causes more intense drama when u dont give that person a chance to say something back.

not true. Omar is the ****z but luigi lazer spams. falco counters falcon with that lazer spamming, so he probabl did land more hits on omar than on luigi. lol i dont know why he went fox on romeo

Well everyone i was thinking instead of luigi hosting another SB tournament, that i would host one during the summer. Basically same deal its just the weight of stuff thrown on me and not on him. It would be held in a church hall/gym as well, but at a different church. Its on a main street and has a larger parking lot for more parking. Lastly (and most of you will probably like this) its within a 1-2 min walking distance of fast food joints:
subway
kfc
mcdonalds
yum yum donuts and baskin robbins.

i know during tourny's everyone goes without eating all day, worrying about when their match will be called. This way everyone has an oppertunity to eat and smash. If i were to do it though, i'd probably do it like oc2 and make everyone register online prior to tourny. The purpose of doing so is for brackets and such

p.s. if i were to do this, it would have to be either on a friday or sunday :/ since i work saturdays its hard enough attending tournaments, let alone setting up my own. I hope this isn't a problem since it is during the summer

I love SB tournaments. There's nothing better than having the tournies in your very own hometown (Or county). Keep 'em coming Luigi! I know what happened last time was so unpredictable, but I'm only disappointed at that fact that I was the only person to vote to continue fighting. And Omar, don't let n00b talk determine whether you go to tournies or not. The only thing that matters are the people who you care about. Because if you're friends want you to come, you should come. Base your decisions on the people you care about, and not the ones you don't. SoCal loves you and they want you to come to more of our tournies.
