i cant downlaod desynch video

first of all the i signed up for the fiel planet thing but when i went to donwload, it said i needed to pay, and second of all, whenever i try to download the thing using save target as, an error message comes up, I really want to try to get good with IC's and i think this is pretty crucial any help is appreciated
