:) Hey, did anyone ever think that, because the wii is online, and has ,it could play Gamecube, n64, nes, or snes, Games Online? :)
I think It would be cool to try it although it probbly wont happen... Especially games like :
Melee
starfox
Metroid
Marioparty
Classic Zelda
Classic Mario
Hogans alley multiplayer

well, nintendo did say some older games might sport some new features, some may even have online play included.
i agree, i'd love for nintendo to do this, but for some reason i don't think they will. or at least they won't open it up to too many games.

why would you want to play smashbros mele when you could be playing brawl with all the new stuff- i could see if u like mele better but hmmmmmmmmmm............i dont think that playing mele would be as fun as brawl....maybe im alone on this maybe not.

Super Smash bros Brawl is going to be online, but why would Melee need to be??

I dont think they would make SSBM online because they want as many people purchasing the newer more expensive smash bros instead of trying to give reasons to hold onto your old ssbm copy instead.

I don't think SSBB will be more than £39.99 ($49.95), like Melee
There's an award that says "That's about a cent per Vs. match"
when you go 4995 rounds in total with a friend.
There are awards for 10000, 100000 and even 1000000!

Plus SSBB wont be out till 2007 so we need Melee online till then

Why are we going to need Melee online?
What a waste of time, money AND effort on Nintendo's part,
and for us to go buy it after we've already got Melee offline would
be stretching the beam sword a bit too far now, wouldn't it.

Maybe they would make a select few old school, n64 and gc games online-like the good ones or the bestsellers...
