I just wanted to put an idea forward.

If there were bi/triweeklies hosted at Westview High School in Rancho Penasquitos hosted by D-, would any of you guys come? Vietgamer1021 and I talked today, and he put the idea forward, so I wanted to get some feedback from smashboards about the idea. Again, nothing's concrete yet, I still have to run it through the school's system and see if they'll approve it. So, post comments, suggestions, criticisms, I'm open to anything.

More Smash for the San Diego community is always a good thing. Will there be a pot for the winners too? If its a good pot, I'm pretty sure you'll see everyone in SD come and support.

There should be an entry fee, so there should be a pot...right? I mean, what else would take the money? Oh, that's right, us.

Well...we don't exactly have a lot of money...we're only freshmen you know! I know free food would kick a$$, but unless everyone brings like 5$, I doubt it'll happen. Well, 5$ is a bit unrealistic, but you get my point.

It should be OK, I talked to Karthik, the guy I talked to on Tuesday, and he said that people we don't know coming should be OK. Pretty odd, though, you'd think knowing our school that they'd be a bit more paranoid. *thinks back to ladies in carts yelling at us to put our lightsabers away*

Good times...

TV's shouldn't be a problem...others would bring them, no? Even so, it might not be that hard just to bring TV's to Westview...it's not very far...

I would probably go.

we would probably open the ssbm thing only for students, then when we get a reputation and get used to running it, then we should extend to the rest of the SD smash community...

Yeah.

Or else we'd have to have Brawl tri/biweeklies.

Which would be awesome.

Sry for the double post, but the edit I could've made would've been completely ignored.

So, I think I've got an idea for presenting this to U-council. We could allocate 1/3 of the prize money to Westview Gold, the school gets money, and us bandos benefit. =D
