Stage Notes:
1) One stage will be allowed to be banned by each player before the match
2) First stage will be random unless agreed upon by both players
3) Loser picks stage and may change characters
4) After each game of a match, the player who lost the previous game may choose the stage for the next game or elect for it to be chosen randomly. After the stage has been selected, the winner of the previous game may change characters. After the winner has chosen their character, the loser of the previous game may change characters.
5) For the first game of a match, a player may call for a double-blind pick. This means that all participating players must tell a judge the character they will use for that game. Each player is required to use that character in the game.

Controllers:
1) Bring your own ish
2) No homo control mods
3) No turbo controllers
Side Notes:
1) No gay stuff
2) Banned glitches and excessive stalling will get you a forfeit and a punch in the face
3) No pausing the game unnecessarily
4) There will be food: Pizza slices and sodas at $1 and .50c respectively
5) Respect the house or my roommates and I will eject you
6) Follow the rules to ensure future tourneys

It would appear that the address doesn't come up on mapquest so here are directions from more popular areas or you can mapquest Nason St. /Cottonwood Ave. intersection
From LA area:
Take 60 East exit Nason St.
Make a right onto Nason St.
Right on Cottonwood Ave
Left on Jade Way
Right at stop sign then follow the street until it curves and becomes Opal St.
House should be on the left
From Anaheim/OC:
Take 91 East exit Central Ave
(For those uncomfortable with sidestreets then just take the 91E to the 60E and follow directions from LA. These directions just eliminate taking the circular route of the freeway and can be a bit faster getting to and from the freeways for your direction)
Make a right onto Central Ave.
(You'll be on Central for a long time it eventually turns into Alessandro Ave.)
Make a left on Lasselle St.
Right on Bay St. (first street on your right so don't miss it)
Left on Cardamon (first street on the left after the stop sign)
Go to the end of the street and the cross-street will be Opal St.
House should be right in front of you
From Palm Springs:
Take the 10 West to the 60 West exit Nason St
Make a right onto Nason St.
Right on Cottonwood Ave
Left on Jade Way
