I am not sure if this is slightly going against the rules since it's been said that characters that have only appeared on a Nintendo console will appear... but I've done further research.

Haven't any of you played Space Channel 5 on the Dreamcast or PlayStation 2? It's one of Sega's popular dance games that's actually pretty ridiculous, but irresistably fun at the same time. I only played the game on those two consoles, and I just found out that Sega released a Space Channel 5 game for the Game Boy Advance as well, which would break down the barrier I was mentioning before. If any more third party characters are allowed in to Brawl, I would love to see Ulala become a fighter. I don't see any reason why she doesn't belong, due to the fact she's gorgeous, hilarious, crazy and a downright threat to cosmic aliens! Take a look.

Here is Ulala's bio from the game:
"Ulala has been working as a reporter at space channel 5 for the last two years. The capture of the other reporters covering the invasion has seen Ulala promoted to the investigative reporting team. This is her big chance to prove her reporting skills to the world."

She looks... weird.

I'd much rather have Jet Set Radio characters in than Ulala.

Of course she looks weird, she's from the future, try, 400 some years into the future.

Ulala is famous for her crazy dance moves, and Sakurai could easily incorporate several dance steps and attacks into the game, as well as her cosmic gun she has attached to her leg. Ulala screams originality, and I really wish I would have sent this request into Sakurai's Poll.

But what about Jet Set Radio? Come on, you can't say you don't want Yoyo as a playable!

Actually, yes, I can. I never like Jet Set Radio, nor did I like Jet Grind Radio. The whole world of Jet Set was cel-shaded, and I'm dead-set on the idea of not wanting cel-shaded characters clashing with realistic looking characters, that's why I disliked the inclusion of Game and Watch in Melee.

And Jet Set Radio was never on a Nintendo console, was it?

She can't be in because she's a Sega character. The fact of the matter is that the Sega character with the highest chance of getting is you-know-who and not Ulala.

Besides, with a short skirt like that, how can Nintendo allow her in?

Ehh... I couldn't see her among the Smash Roster.

If anybody is gonna come from SEGA it's gonna be Sonic.

Regardless, Green Kirby, she appeared on the Game Boy Advance, which means she breaks the barrier (they must have appeared on a Nintendo console at some point, and she has.)

I'm not saying she has more of a chance to be in the game, this is just an idea, among many others out there. Though I must say, I would definetly love to use her as a character.

Has there ever been a Space Channel 5 game on a Nintendo console? There was one on the DC and one on PS2, but I don't remember any for the Cube.

For the upteenth time, she appeared on the Game Boy Advance as well.

The GameCube isn't the only Nintendo console out there, mind you.
