FMatt Sucks: A Dallas tournament June 24th

Ok due to popular demand the next tournament has been moved to the Saturday after next, June 24th.

Location: My house, if you don't know where that is by now just ask me on aim.

Starting Time: probably around 2-3ish when everyone gets here, you can start arriving around 1.

Entry Fees: $10 per person singles and $5 per person in teams.

Rules (this is off the top of my head so it won't be perfect at first most likey):

4 stock, 8 minute time limit

Advanced slob picks

1v1 Random Stages: FD, FoD, Dreamland 64, Yoshi's Story, Pokemon Stadium
1v1 Banned Stages: IC Mountain, Flatzone, Venom, Yoshi's 64, Temple, Termina, Big Blue, Brinstar Depths

2v2 Random Stages: FD, Dreamand 64, Yoshi's Story, Poke Stadium
2v2 Banned stages: IC Mountain, Flatzone, Venom, Yoshi's 64, Temple, Termina, Big Blue, FoD, Mute City, Brinstar Depths

1 Level strike is allowed

Dave's stupid rule: player cannot repick a stage they already won on, unless allowed by the other player.

All stalling tactics banned (as well as the IC infinite...)

In teams life stealing is allowed and TA is on.

Oh and my birthday is the 28th so presents would be appreciated ;)

I dunno Tony... will I be using IC's at this tournament? Maybe I'll do more of a Jigglypuff Shiek Marth Kirby Link Falco Pikachu type thing... seems simpler... sigh, so hard to decide.

Why not use Fox? Well, I've been getting tired of him as of late... although since I'm branching out more with my characters, I guess I wouldn't mind using him. I just forgot about all the characters I _wanted_ to use and just kept using Fox because I didn't think I could win any other way. But I have a decent Fox, IC's, Jigglypuff, a substandard Marth which I have fun using, good times with Link, a very stupid Pikachu that occasionally wins (not that I know why). Then I've got a Falco that also wins (for no apparent reason), a Ganon that is tons of fun to make grunting noises with, my Mario and my Doc can chaingrab and that's it but it's still funny... they also go "wooh!" everytime you wavedash... well, why should I just play as Fox?

I just got sick of him, really :) But now that I'm playing as other characters, I'll be happy to play as him occasionally again, I suppose.

I practice as everyone when I'm playing by myself to keep from getting bored, and vs noob friends I play as everyone, but in actual matches I now only use luigi & fox.

I'm confused, because the JesusFreak I know sucks terribly in Smash, and I wouldn't expect much more from him in life. So...yeah...definitely confused.

I plan on coming, I just hope that I get plenty of time to warm-up.
