1. Does it really work? I mean if your opponent tries to get out really fast.
Opinions are in disagreement about this: Some say it is possible, some say that even good IC players who can do the perfect timing can't deal more than ~50% with it against ppl actively trying to escape (and 50% isn't THAT grate since you can do that with other grab combos aswell). So, I'm not an IC player, but I want to know the TRUTH! ^^

2. How does it work (EXACTLY: the timing and stuff)?

I don't use it anyway, so it doesn't matter to me whether it works or not.

The infinite is inescapable done correctly, all the way up to 999. Only way to get out (again, when done correctly) is to hit the pause button to screw up the other person's timing, which is illegal.

^ that, or you time it so that when right after nana hits, popo hits and basically they are alternating hits without any stall time in between.

By the way, which one u think is better or easier to do, with nana doing down+A or forward+A??
