hello all, Thought I'd just post to say hi and to confirm my appearence at SQUAT2. I'll be bringing a TV and Cube.
Ok, just checking to make sure the date is right.
It was the 16th but where pushing it back a week, to the 23th Sunday right?
Just need to check it to make sure.

it's on the sunday... and it will NOT be changed no matter what... it might be bumped back a week if needed but the day won't change...

Wow. It's obvius I don't come on alot anymore (or pass english) so I'll see If I can catch up.
Jaz, could you make me a doc banner in grey? If it said 'what now moose, what now' somewhere on it I would worship you like a god.
Um. It is on the 23rd, we'll be there at 8-8:30 to setup. Entry price will vary depending on which room we hire and how many people come. At the lowest it should be $4, highest $12.
There should be 2-3 tourney's (Normal, Team, Bung) and casual play going on.
If you can't bring a TV and Cube can you bring a power baord?
Food wise, I heard that y0kai's mum might be cooking for us if we supply the food or we can fast food runs in someones car.
That should be all for now, I'll be posting a bit more now that the tourney's closer.

Sorry, but I have a big performance on and i'd probably get killed if I missed one of the rehearsals this close.
I'll still keep updating the first page. Somebody sle will ahve to direct it.
Now its up to someone else to bring down Syke :)

If thats the case we'll see who can make it on the 22nd or otherwise...... I'm not sure why we pt it too the 23rd, V3NOM will be organising I'll see what I can do.

HAHAHAHA His rehearsals probably have more people going than SQUAT.

Though ratV3N0M was quite adamant about setting it to the 23rd, he is considering moving it forward to the Saturday.
If he does decide to get it on the Saturday, he won't be there till 10:30 - 11:00 because he's got Soccer coaching commitments, but one of us will have the key so that doesn't matter.
If this is the case, we will be having the doubles tournament first, followed by the single elimination and finally the crew battle.
The entry price could very well be $4 each if we're able to snag the room we want, but bring some more money anyway because catering will be taken care of by the y0kai's mother...sorry Rae :)
So it's important that you all bring along at least $10 to be on the safe side.
Poll: At this point, Saturday would be preferable, so please choose which day you would like to come.

Ill get back to you with what I have got but at this stage I think sausages/rissoles chips lollies ect and some other odds (like bread, sauce and cheese) but I need a people count so I can buy it and tell you all how much to bring.

Sorry. I cant push back my rehearsals as we are on stage in 2 weeks. :(
But if its Saturday then i can make it.
ATM I think there will be 20 people. So if you are going to order food then i'd say order enough for about 25.
So far we have six t.v;'s and cubes. I can maybe bring another T.V whch would give us 7.

i thought that no-one could come on the saturday-including myself-so that's why i put it to sunday due to popular command but it now seems that there is wuite a substantial amount more people who can't make it on the sunday and therefore it WILL be changed to the saturday assuming that it's not already booked seeing that saturday is more popular for them and is usually booked... i just rang them when i got home and they were closed so i'll give them a ring tommorrow and see if we can get the room... if we do get it then i'll restate what i said already...
Board $150
Hire time = 9am-5pm
Tournament time = 10am-4pm
Room hire = $10p/hour @approx. 20 people = $4 each @ approx. 30 people = $2.60 each...
but if not then it will be the same amount of time but will cost:
20 people = $8
30 people = $5.30
@$20p/hour
and as you can see on the front page that we have definately 20 people coming, and almost 30...(which we want to be the MAX... the cutoff will be thirty unless you are there to SMASH and will be in any of the tournaments playing properly...)
anyways, Sorry for all the this crap that's been going on, will have it sorted by tomorrow though...
and as for the wookie's mum(y0kai's mum-Ange) i still have to organise that and will probably edit this post by the end of the night...

Well he could always give the key to somone else before the event right?
