IE: You must stay as same character for duration ? Will damage percent be taken into account next player? How are lives worked out? Are players allowed to switch characters after a player is eliminated?

How is the stage decided?

Yeah, it's on the Saturday.

The crew battle will work as follows.

Q: You must stay as same character for duration ?
A: If I read the rules on the first page correctly, I believe we can change after each battle.

Q: Will damage percent be taken into account next player?
A: Damage is not taken into account, only stock.

eg. Sieg has 2 stock and 145% damamge at the end of the battle. At the start of the next, Sieg has 2 stock only.

Q: How are lives worked out?
A: The lives are worked out by how many people are participating. We usually divide 40 stock into the number of players, but we might have to change that around according to the No. of players.

eg. The Ward has 10 and Tech Team has 10 members participating. If we have 40 stock total, all players start out with 4 stock.

Q: How is the stage decided?
A: Ask Vyse. lol, Stages are decided by counter-picking.

1st match - Any characters can be chosen, if any discrepancies arouse, double-blind character selection will be used

2nd match - Loser of First match must choose whether to choose to pick the stage the second match will be played on and pick character first, or force the winner of the first match to select character first and choose random or agreement on an allowed level.

I'm guessing that's how we do it if we have character changes.

Before the crew battle starts each crew must write down their members and their characters.

Just to clarify, the rules for FC Regional Crews allows for the INCOMING player to select a stage to play at. This allows the DEFENDING player to switch characters if they so choose.

I'll try and explain how OHN worked in the singles tournament.

In the first match each player can pick their character and the decision must be made in under 3 seconds. The stage is picked randomly with all the neutral stages set on random. If one player calls a double blind then both players must proceed with the double blind. A judge is called over and each whisper/write down their character, then they pick their characters and continue.

The winner of a match must stay the same character in the next match, and the loser may change their character, then pick a stage.

No you cant, during the crew battle you have to stay as the same character for each match you paly.

For at least a week, we've been trying to contact them, venom has sent 4 emails and has called at least 12 times, plus leaving a message about 5 times more.

He's going to go down there like last time himself to see if he can talk to them face to face.

I think in crews you should have to stay as the one character for all you stock its fairer and allows for more strategy on the part of the other crew, counterpicking and such.

Oh and josh in your first post you said that Kongo 64 was a banned stage im almost 100% positive that it is a legal stage.

If by kongo stage you mean jungle japes (the one with the river and the dk rap) yes it is legal as a counterpick stage. Also the DK 64 level is also counterpickable as the doug picked it against husband in the crew battle.

Yeah thats what i meant DK 64 is a legal stage for those who may be confused the one with the sunset in the backround 2 moving platforms and 2 stationary ones and a barrel underneath.

However all the other DK stages are banned because of spiking crocodiles.

Yeah crews = you stay as that character for the full duration.
Otherwise all of the counterpicking and such strats involved would be negated.

The meeting room in the North Centre is available for 22 July. Weight Watchers use the North Main Hall from 7.30am-9.30am.



1. The hire is $100.00 from 9am to 5pm.
2. The bond would be $150.00 as before
3. You would be able to put a BBQ unit in the courtyard at the rear of the building, but care would have to be taken that fat from the meat did not drip onto the pavers!! (You could put the BBQ at the front of the building)
4. All rubbish would have to be taken to the mini-skips at the southern end of the car-park



I have booked you in for this day and you will need to come down during the week before 3:30pm to pay for the hire and pick up keys. Friday I am only here from 7am to 11am. Please advise of a phone number which you can be contacted on.

Thankyou for getting back to me... I have taken in to consideration the fat from the BBQ and so i have decided to bring our larger one with large drip trays to prevent accidents.
I will come down sometime between1:30-2:40pm tomorrow (tuesday) afternoon to pay the bond.
I thank you in telling me the price now so i have time to organise it.
As you said when we first booked that the rooms' expenses would lower if we were to make this a regular event, we have realised that we cwuld not be able to make this an event with parallel intervals due to everyone's schedules but would still be able to organise it for a regular basis with variations in the dates of hire, would this offer still apply. I ask this so we can create a good estimate each time on the costs of hire and can aim to raise a certain amount before hand to help lower the entry fee and aid in the expansion of our groups number for further tournaments.

3.50-5.00pm Anything Goes/Bung Tourney

Ann, y0kai's mum will be coming down approx. half an hour before the end of the pools and after the singles begin to organise lunch for everyone, which will be a sausage sizzle that will cost $1 per sausage and approx. 80cents for a can and maybe a $1.50 deal...
the times above were worked out roughly with Arc and myself and are merely a guide line...

So that's that.

Im not sure about pools either. If we get 30 people there then we could have 5 pools of 6 top 4 from each pool go through to brackets which will give us 20 in brackets. However if we have about 20 people there to start with we probably shouldn't worry about pools.
