Arthur rocks. I was so upset they screwed him out of Marvel vs. Capcom 2, after being a striker in the first one. He's in Namco x Capcom though, so I guess I can't complain :laugh:

He would be a really fun nostalgic character. But he's been on a lot of different consoles, and the original game is being remade for PSP. So I don't know how likely he would be.

I would actually want him in seeing as how the difficulty of his game is legendary. I just noticed that he's the guy in the capcom vs namco whose armor flies off. I give this charactr the official commonyoshi seal of approval. better than sonic and megaman, anyway.

How? GnG isn't a Strategy game, and he uses a Lance, not a sword.

This is one of the best third party ideas yet, he even has a double jump in super GnG. He could attack with various weapons, his neutral B should be the knives. At one point he needs to get the Gold Armor and pwn some n00bs.

I thought he used a sword.

He gets one in the Sega Genesis version.

Yes! Arthur would be awesome - I actually want him more than Mega Man, but if anyone from Capcom gets in, it'll be the Blue Bomber (not that I'm complaining).

EDIT: By Mega Man, I mean the original - now if we're talking X, he's in my #1 spot for Capcom...

I would KILL for arthur, actually I was going to post but a thread on this but i found this one. He's differnt B attacks could take advantage of the various weapons you gain, and his basic A attacks (smash included) could use his main weapon in the game, the lance.

Wow I remember GnG that game pwnd you so much you wanted to kill your SNES. But at the same time Megaman X was just as tough too without the extra armor and stuff. X just pwns poor Arthur..T.T

Super Ghost and Goblins was easily one of the hardest games I ever played >.<

Anyways, I'd take arthur over megaman and Viewtiful Joe anyday.

I loved the NES version, it was UBER hard. The whole series is phenomenal, have you played the PSP version, it's a jewel amongst the crappy PSP software.

Ghost and Goblins on the PSP rapes you. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Death Jr and Twisted Metal are also good games on the PSP.
