Out of all of the forms Link takes in Majora's Mask, I have to say that Deku Shrub would make the most sense for SSBB (sorry if Deku Shrub is misspelled). He's got a unique set of moves that would make him really fun to play, like hiding in the dirt and standard deku nut blast.

If they could only choose one form from Majora's Mask, I would have to say this form would be the best.

A shrub is a plant, often used to mask one's urination on hiking trips. So please, no shrubs. Fun Fact, though, Scrub actually developed out of the word Shrub, but the other connotations of the words Scrub [mongrel, lowlife] are probably the reason for the name, Deku Scrub over Deku Shrub.

Anyway, Deku Scrub might be a good character, but he doesn't seem to have the armspan to punch or kick very well, and he doesn't have the elemental help of Pikachu or Pichu, so, Maybe as a challenge character who relies on stunning people with Deku nuts and shooting bubbles, but come on man, Skull Kid and Oni-Link are much better candidates for Brawl. They were demi-gods in a struggle for the destruction or salvation of the world. The Deku Scrub was a curse.

I'm not sure if they'd be able to just include Deku Scrub, anyway. That version of Link, alone, just seems too obscure. If you're going to include transformations, you should include all of the major ones. All of Link's forms fight together, and each is important in its own way. The forms are like a team, and need to stick together (if you played Majora's Mask, you'd see in the Stone Tower Temple just how important it is to have all forms in unison).

This is why it's a tough decision to make. All the Majora's Mask transformations are equal, and to include one is to include all of them, because they are equally important. How they'd go about putting these characters in the game is anybody's guess.

I think that putting Fierce Deity Link in the game would solve these issues. He's a really popular form, and has godlike power. When you hear his name, even if you haven't played the game, you'll know who he is based solely on his popularity.

However, I still stand by my desire to include Majora's Mask/Skull Kid in the game over any other character from that specific Zelda title.
