Move sets made by nintendo are made to be equal and fair. You dont see somebody fast like shiek in ssbm with a 35 damage attack do you? Thats the problem with people making movesets for chars they think should be in the game. I i was to do that i could make bowser very cheap. Look at him in SM64, he can teleport, jump really high, spit fire out with a very big radius, charge really fast, make shockwaves by jumping, and more. Now imagine if they put all of that in SSBB. He would be the ultimate character. But they don't because they know how to make a character good, while making them hard to master.

I don't think it's too much of a problem. The idea of the character suggestion is to give people a general idea of what the character could do. Bowser breaths fire, right? Well obviously they're going to balance it to an appropriate range for Smash. That's why it's stupid to take the movesets for a character suggestion literally, but to focus more on how you could make that characters moveset make sense, and leave the balancing to the masters: Nintendo.

I can totally see what you're saying, but I wanna defend the people who make suggested movesets, considering I do it a lot. There is a lot of thought, in some cases, to try and make it not broken. I know I go through a lot of trouble trying to "unbreak" moves that I come up with. But suggested movesets aren't end all and be all what we want for the characters. They're just possibilities, and showcases of what this character can do. For example, if I were to make a moveset for Kamek from Yoshi's Island, and somebody was like "who's that?" I could show off a moveset and they would understand that he's got this flying broom, he can shoot of magic, teleport, whatever. It's a way of seeing into a character's workings, and how they would perform in a Smash game.

There. That was long enough

So people shouldn't pick the best move when creating their movesets, because that's what Nintendo would do.

We'll keep it in mind.
