JC Grab of Boost Grab?

I have a pretty quick question. When I'm doing an SHL approach to a grab, is it better to do SHL > JC Grab or SHL > Boost Grab? Which one is more effective? Do you even get that much more range out of the Boost Grab?

depends how far away or how close you land next to him.

if you are too far away - it is likely he can recover from the stun, so you might want to do a boost grab <DACG> - if he is closer, you might want to JC grab instead

if you are next to him, you might just want to to standing grab, or just do a smash attack or dtilt or something.
