Yeah I've seen those videos too, they're an excellent Falco and Fox, some insane combos. I think theres a thread somewhere about them, called "Great Mexican Fox and Falco" or something. They're supposed to be some of the best in Mexico, very impressive Fox and Falco. There's videos on youtube if you search "Jorge Falco" or something.
