Killer Instinct Char?

Itcameup to me while I was reading about a possible 3rd Killer Instinct game.
Why not add some of the characters of killer instinct to Brawl? After all it's a fighting game produced by nintendo and rare.
Sure its a rated M game, but since solid snake its going to be on brawl, I dont think it should be a problem, take the blood of and It's good, maybe a more cartoony look to the characters could do the trick.
I don't know if this has come up yet, so tell me what you think about it!

Will people please stop saying "he'll be in because snake is" just because snakes in doesn't mean there going to add any more realistic characters he's just in because some guy who working on SSBB is obsessed with MGS

Notice that last word? Who owns rare now? And that's why it's never going to happen. Ever.

I'm not saying they could appear couse snake is in the game, the main reason is becouse they are characters from a fighting game that showed up on Snes and N64.
Sure nintendo doesnt own rare anymore, but then we should then forget about donkey kong and fox right?

As a part of the deal, Rare gave Nintendo back their franchises (Donkey Kong, Star Fox, etc.) and took with them their original franchises (JFG, Conker, Banjo, etc). Killer Instinct is one of those original franchises. Hence, KI is entirely Rare (and thus Microsoft), while DK and SF are entirely cut off (and thus Nintendo).
