yes, the ninja's appearance in mario 3-on-3 basketball (along with white mage, black mage, moogle, and cactuar) gives him a chance in being in brawl. I made a moveset for him.
B-shirukens: similar to shieks B, the ninja throws shirukens. however, unlike shieks B, the shirukens go in all directions depending on how long you hold it.
B^-surprise stab: swiftly darts up in the air, takes out a dagger, and stabs the dagger into the ground.
Bv-replacement: similar to marth/roys counter or peaches toad thing, when someone tries to attack the ninja, he quickly replaces himself with a moogle doll and appears behind the enemy, landing him a free hit.
B>-leaf swirl: becomes surrounded by leaves and then teleports in a straight line (backwards or forwards)
ground throws
Z>: throws the victim over his shoulder.
ZV: throws the victim on the ground and punches them in the stomach
Z^: throws the vicim in the air and jumps off of him/her (doubles as a recovery move)
Z<: throws the victim backwards.
Asmash>: stabs with a knife.
AsmashV: does a flip and kicks the ground
Asmash^: kicks the air
fair: stabs the air with a knife
bair: does a backwards spin kick
uair: does a breakdance style kick in the air
dair: darts down
nair: swiftly slashes his knife
airial grabs (if they are put in)
Z(any direction): grabs the opponent in mid-air and jumps off of them in the direction of the control stick (somewhat of a follow up to the Z^ on the ground, as this is used as his main recovery)
special unique skills (if they are put in)
item steal: if the ninja uses Z on an opponent holding an item, the ninja can steal that item
Super smash attack(arena nuke type):
1000 needles: darts up in the air and 1000 needles come flying from the sky. the needles to little damage, but there are a lot of them.
stat overview: he is a very swift character, but he is very light and cant take too much damage. his strenth is below average.
