Balloon Fighter first appeared in Balloon Fight (Arcade, NES, GBA), where he was the main character. He has two balloons over his back. The object was to pop the balloons of the enemy and try to make it fall in the water. Balloon Fight was also unlockable on Animal Crossing for the GCN, but unfortunatly not for Animal Crossing Wild World. Balloon Fighter was a trophy in Melee. Balloon Fighter was originally playable in Melee, but was replaced by Ice Climbers.
I can imagine him floating in the air like Tingle did in the Majora's Mask stage for melee, except with the ability to float in his desired direction. He could also have a Down+B move which would cause his baloons to inflate. I'm not too sure about how he would attack but I think they could just add new random moves like they did with fox/c.falcon. I also think they should Pit-ify him, so he looks more intresting than his trophy did.
I did use the search button and found no thread already made about him. I'm kind of surprised since he probably has the most likely chance of getting in brawl after wario/pit/meta. Also, Sakurai did mention more ariel combat and I think he would be the perfect fit for that.
