Fawful would be awesome for Brawl. I think he could be controlled similar to Kirby, he could could suck people in with his helmet, though he wouln't copy their abilties but rather damage them, similar to Bowser's grab in melee. He could shoot missiles out of his helmet and could float around similar to kirby.

I am willing to bet that Fawful will be the final boss if they ever make a Mario and Luigi 3. He did say he wanted revenge on them in PIT and even went as far as to say that he needed the beans for a plan that he had to get revenge.
