Yeah, I don't get why companies leave nintendo....They'd be the ONLY ones I'd want to work with.... I HATE those stupid companies... But nothing I can do about it though :)

Info from GS:TLA Manual (also posted in General Brawl Discussion):
"COPYRIGHTS OF ALL CHARACTERS AND MUSIC RESERVED BY NINTENDO"
Does this mean Nintendo could still include them? After all, they are on Sakurai's poll.

Confirmation of this: http://wii.ign.com/articles/722/722509p1.html
This was proven false by another source:
Update: News has just come in that Camelot will not be discontinuing their projects with Nintendo. However, due to this new golf title, current Nintendo Projects have been postponed for the time being. We are sorry for scaring any of our readers out there!
Below is the original article we wrote when it was thought that Camelot would be ceasing their support for Nintendo:
Camelot Software Planning, widely known and acclaimed for their work on titles such as Golden Sun, and Nintendo sports titles such as Mario Tennis and Golf, will team up with Japanese Developer Eleven Up Inc to make a title named "I love Golf."
News of this had saddened Nintendo fans who were looking forward to a DS or Wii update in the Golden Sun saga. Although no Camelot titles were penned in for the DS or Wii, many had still hoped that Camelot would take the plunge to add a new instalment into the series.
We wish Camelot good luck in whatever the future holds for them
Rest easy...
I say again, 3rd party. They may go back to 2nd party at a later date, but that project is on hold.

W00t! That had me worried for a second. Mods can lock this now.
Long live Isaac and Felix.
Camelot isn't second, Nintendo didn't owned any % of it. They sticked to Nintendo at own will, in the same way they can focus in any other projects, like this online golf game.

If they didn't want to make GS3, then they dont have to. Any unmotivated project would just be half baked.
