Darkstalkers

I apologize if anyone has talked about this already, I'm assuming they haven't. I'd like to see Demitri or J. Talbain from Darkstalkers in Brawl, I think they would fit in pretty well (better than Snake, at least). I'm sure they won't get in, but still, thinking about it is cool. Any Darkstalkers fans out there have any other characters from that game that they'd want in Brawl?

I'll reply to this before the pack of rabid jackals get here.

There has never been a Darkstalkers game on a Nintendo console, so the chances of characters appearing in Brawl are nil.

Now, the rest of the thread should be devoted to dreaming.

Icymatt pretty much summed it up, but even if they were on a Nintendo console(remember Sakurai said only 1-2 3rd party characters left), there are more worthy 3rd party characters.

I was reading EGM the other day, it asked what E3 was all about. Icymatt's reply got in the magazine, he said, "me wetting myself when I saw the Brawl trailer" or something like that. Good job on representing the smashers Icymatt.

Yes, I'm aware of this, the post was pretty much started as a dream (like the Cloud Strife post and others that we all know won't get in). But I can still wish, since I missed them both in MvC2, but I still think they'd fit in pretty well with the right tweaking. Of course there's still many other Capcom characters I'd rather see besides them myself, I'd still like it if they made it somehow.

Morrigan is the only one of the Darkstalkers with any chance whatsoever since she was on CVS 2, a game that did appear on the gamecube. She, along with Felicia, Donavan, and Hsien-Ko also have a chance due to the fact Puzzle Fighter II Turbo appeared on the GBA.


This all said however, the chances of them appearing in the game are next to nil, since Morrigan and Felicia's design aren't really kid friendly, and Hsien-Ko is borderline. And who really cares about Donavan.

And if Capcom is sending a representitive, it's most likely going o be Mega Man.

OH! But Card Fighter's Clash DS is coming out soon which means yes, every Darkstalkers character will have appeared n a Nintendo console. Not that it makes much of a difference though.

Even with the unlikelyhood, still no reason you can't talk about how Darkstalkers characters would play in Smash Bros. I agree some of them would be very interesting, especially the wacky ones like Anarkis.

I'm a regular at the EGM boards. I was in the May issue(203) as well.
