also guys for venue you could check the local youth arc drop in center place and see if you can hire it out, as most people attending would still fit in the youth category just use that to get on thier side.

Whoo, long time no post. =)

Shaz would most likely know the finer points regarding meets, but I can still give general estimates:

1. Most meets can gather between 4-12 smashers, but as an average, you'd have around 8 or so smashers if transport works out good.
2. Normally, they can go anywhere from a few hours, to half a day. A good estimate would be around 6 hours.
3. From personal experience, age ranges from 16 to 22, so yeah, around there.
4. Other than the people that are on a work schedule, or that have end-year catch-up exams, everything should be fine before February or so.

As to who brings what, it depends what's needed: Minimum, you'd have another cube and/or TV, maximum you'd have maybe 2-4 cube/TV combos.

Hmmm... I thought you said you lived in Doncaster? At least I remember seeing something about that. Either way, I'd be up for it -- I haven't been smashing much since I moved.

Ok, if you host on a Wednesday or Thursday I can make it, any other day I cant as you live too far for me to travel (I start work at 4:30am on weekdays and 3:00am on weekends so I have early bed times).

If I can make it I'll bring my Wii, memory card, a controler and a copy of smash and maybe my TV (It depends on who I'm giving a lift as I have a small car).
