Its a japanese variation of cooking meat. Seeing how they have waay too much fish, seaweed and rice variations, I'm sure they'd take a break and opt for some meat. BBQ style FTW!

Lol Chriss that would be awsome but because the huge sales over easter I dont get any days off over it, not even my regular two days so I'll be doing like a nine day week.
I appreciate the gesture though, when easter is over ill be taking some seriouse r&r (that means smash).
