What is a good way to apporach with Fox? I usually use a sh nair, or run in and JC grab.

Full hop nair is better than SH one, in most cases. Keeps them from jumping too. Land behind them, and if you think they're gonna attack, shine once you land and go from there. To get them to approach, shoot lasers though. The ways you suggested are prolly the worst possible ways to approach, lol.

harass with shl to get them to charge you. fake them out when they get close, they will most likely whiff the attack and leave themselves open for a nice combo. this is only one way to do it, my personal favorite.

if you can learn to spam the SHL effectively; and quickly in succession, it will aid you in your attempt to land an attack. Actually, something you should try is to continually stay in one spot while quickly firing one laser. Then once you have the room, dash forward and laser, then reverse laser and continue. It looks pretty cool when you do it fast ^_^. Point is, when you think they'll start to come at you, don't laser and fastfall waveland either backwards or forwards. Forwards for a quick usmash or grab, backwards to punish their plan of attacking you while you were lasering. ITs actually a pretty cool manuever, and is one of the mindgames i love to abuse when playing a defensive opponent.

had serious problems before with aproachin and I tried a full jumped nair fast fall and it works wonders. but it feels like I'm using it to much and get predicted. other approaches I have is run forwards. wd backwards and run forward again for a jc grab och shuffle nair. another is to full jump and when you're exactly over you opponent use your secon jump and then ff to a attack.
are these good and what can I else do? and what I really want help with is when my opponent stand under a plattform on like dream land 64. then the full jump doesn't work and in that situation I just can think of something that would work. maybe get them out of there with the laser. but it happens all the time

I know what you mean, they expect it from me too now. You always need to change up each part of your play atyle so you're not predictable. Remember, you don't always have to attack them first, the best option is to wait for them to make a move and find an opening. Like if you're hanging on the edge, and they're waiting for you to make a move so they can punish you for it, you should drop from the ledge, jump back to it (sweetspot of course) and repeat until they make a move and YOU can punish them for it. This is the best strategy.^^

Ok. thanx for the tips. and I've noticed that it's best to let the sheik attack you and jump over the sheik when she is attacking you. I did this all the time against a sheik that is ranked 6 in my country and I'm like 20-22 and I won a set. but this is a tactic that is easily predicted. guess that's why he three stocked me in the last set. best use for this is on pokemon stadium and final destination. you can watch the set in the "Rate my fox" thread by me

full jump nair is usually best, but it depends who you're fighting and you don't wanna be repetitive either.

If you're looking to mix things up a bit you can full jump towards your opponent, shine above them and just out of reach. This will throw off someone planning to shield-grab you. I like to jump-cancel my shine fowards and come back with a back air. Use this to help prevent predictable patterns.
