WTF at confirming already, some foreigners haven't even bought their tickets yet and such.
And a lot of people don't know if their coming, it's too early for confirming.
You should start confirming about 1-2 weeks before the tournament as a reminder for all the lazy people that never ever check smashboards.
But offcourse it's your own choice, you could do some tripleconfirming too XD

To be honest I actually think its a good thing to ask for confirming now. He can see which foreigners are really going and especially if your a foreigner and were smart you would have bought your tickets already cause it will only get more expensive from now on (*cough* unless you have a mom working for a ****ing flight company >.> *cough*). The people that are certain can be confirmed now though and this makes it clear the tournament is drawing near. If confirming now helps the planning and organizing of this tournament I see no problem in doing it. It also helps housing situation cause now we can see which foreigners really are going and need housing. I actually think asking for confirmation 2 weeks or 1 week in advance is a bit to late. It only gives people a little kick in the but that they need to start making sure they can get to this tourney and I don't see any harm in that.
I confirm for both days btw ^^.

Well, you don't HAVE to confirm just yet. But it is indeed a good idea to get it over with for the foreigners at least. The lesser ones, anyway =)

Hmm... ik kom waarschijnlijk ook. Zoals het er nu naar uit ziet kan ik 2 december, dus confirm me ook maar (ik kom alleen zaterdag) en euhm... ik zou op zich ook wel een cube mee kunnen nemen... maar als er iets mee gebeurt, krijg ik dan een nieuwe van je? :P
en ik ken iemand die ook wel wil komen maar alleen wil kijken / friendlies spelen.. moet die dan alleen entree betalen?
