@ brookman - I am glad someone else realizes that Falco isn't very good
@ newb who's name I can't remember - Falco's Pillar can be stopped by a well timed grab, his counter is Marth and Ice Climbers and Peach too. Marth can COUNTER LASERS OMG, also one powershield at close range (is not that hard my friend can do it like 80%) and its a guaranteed grab which is probably death or edgegaurd which might as well be death against falco. ICs can dash dance and have nana take the laser and grab for a nearly inescable dthrow dair or wobble KO. Peach can float above SH laser height and come down whenever with a ridiculously low lag attack followed by grabs dsmashes or whatever, one grab here leads to a dead falco.
Dtilt can be stopped by ANYTHING cause it isn't good unless you are over 100% light and can't DI.
I think falco is ****ing fantastic, he really just requires absolute precision, playing falco is more of a chore than anything.
Falco's pillar is stupid. IC's and peach don't COUNTER falco, especially not ICs, peach...eh. You make it sound like falco NEEDS to shl to win, OMG THEY NULLIFY TEH SHLERSZES ?!? COUNTERED!!

I admit that Falco needs to be 3rd or 4th, but saying he's not good is just ignorance. And pillaring isn't worthless, people who pillar are worthless. You don't just do the whole SHFFLd Dair Shine repeat, throw in some lasers and grabs and maybe jump over and bair.

Noob, everyone knows the tier list is god and should be the only deciding factor in how you pick your character

The tier list should be a deciding factor when you try to pick up a char.
I agree, and furthermore, I believe tournaments should be 26 player rrs with the top seeded player using Mewtwo, and the worst seeded player using fox. All other characters will be chosen in this manner.

It could happen too, I am sure there are some pretty game breaking tactics that have yet to be discovered by many characters.
I highly doubt there are many considering how long this game has been out. I doubt there are even more than 2, actually.
Certain low tier characters have above average edge gaurding against certain high tier characters (such as Bowser's and Kirby's edge gaurding against Marth), and that's all I can really think of when it comes to finding "game breaking" discoveries with them. As far as general tactics that work on many characters go, I doubt that there is any at all.

We just got a bunch of freshmen at our college who think they know everything about the game but actually know next to nothing. One person plays Marth and just D Airs next to the edge the entire game, begging for someone to come near.
They like to play on all the stages, so we have to show them why some are broken... by being broken. Same for items. Now I have no problem doing either, but when they are seriously competing and are on Mushroom kingdom 2 with bomb-ombs and hammers at max, you just want to... *twitch*
Anyway, tiers are good, we need an update or something, this is old.
