I maybe have some space at my brother's school (not certain yet), but this would probably be end of June so most people can make it.
Also, I dunno how big it is, but it may be a cheaper place compared to a CC or somewhere else. As I said I don't know how big it is, does anyone know how many people will be coming to this thing? And do you think there will be any Americans if we hype this big enough? If so, I am almost certain that room will not be big enough.

Be wary that renovations *may* have unexpected delays (Lol, my house took 8 months longer than expected, and some stuff is still going on...). Try to get an okay date with them established Jake.

Also, I'm pretty sure she's being generous in the negative way when she told me the date. I expect them to be done by mid December, earlier even.

March is cool, I can't determine my spring break yet but if needed I'm sure I can find out.
I've booked May for the Edmonton tourney all the way September so sorry Chet :)

I think beginning of the summer is best, because it'll give those BC guys time to actually learn how to play the game :) lololololol

So basically I'll only have to change WC for EC once I get in the west nice! I won't have to learn it over again by heart, took me years.
hum okay I say summer and prolly not start of summer cause end of school = start of desorganisated schedule jumping from a job to another and possibly doing 7 days a week for two week + I'll still be poor.

owie... march and may is bad... summer, there might be a big big tournament... in april, universities give out exams... june is bad for the same, but high school... so we have february? I guess summer is best. -_- but would WC come back twice if we did two events in the summer?

I think that we should all dress up as our respective characters and fight with imaginar pistols, we should do it in the summer because people playing characters with little clothing would get cold, thus small wee wee.

So I contacted that school and I could get it cheaper than if I went though the actual school board.
The school had 180 students, so I assume the capacity of the gym would be like, 200 or something, and we can get it 2 days. Do you think 9-9 both days would be cool?
I am just waiting on the price of it, and I will double-check how big it is.
Do you think this would be a good venue? Cheap and simple
