Down thronw utilt can be a chaingrab?

Ive always played fox as secondary or third, when i grab a cpu or human and a low percentage i down throw and utilt and they go up and i grab and repeat until i cant do it agian. is that another chiangrab in a low percentage?

I think thats considered a chaingrab... wait isn't a chaingrab grabbing and grabbing? not grabbing attack grab attack etc. Also a good character will probably tech the down-throw

definately not a chainthrow. as byakugan said, it WILL be teched out of.

You can use this to own computers.

But human can easily get out of it. But punish then if they don't.
