Who can be waveshined?

I've been practicing waveshining lately trying to perfect it but I never seem to be able to keep hitting with it. I'm not sure if it's a true combo or not, but the comps always seem to be able to get out of it with one of their inhuman timed jab attacks. Any tips? Or better yet a list of characters that can be waveshined?

C. Falcon, Ganon, Link, Zelda, Shiek, Marth, Doc, DK, Samus, and i think thats it. Can all be waveshined.

I believe Peach can also be WSed.

Link, Zelda, Peach, C.Falcon, Ganondorf, DK, Bowser, Samus, Sheik and Yoshi can be waveshined. Check the Shine Guide for more info.

DK and bowser and samus are too heavy and can escape if they smash DI the shines.

marth, mario, doc, ness, ICs cannot be waveshined.

i can do it to marth, mario and doc. ness too.
i do it so the counter in training mode even counts it up. but they can DI it, but its still very possible. i waveshine almost frame perfectly and perfect WD when i do it. you hardl need to walk. HARDLY. if they do DI, drillshine can work. but if they smash DI...
