Thanks to all 0!!! of you that posted and replyed to my previes plea... *sniffle I had to go and figure it out on my own, and I think i finally found out how to attack or move right after being shined, but its more complex than I thought it was.
If you shine them andthey are even a pixel of the ground the moment they hit the ground they are free to move again!!!,
For ex, you attack a peach marth or whoever, at 0 damage you run, short hop into a neutral air, and then shine immediately upon contact with the ground, the neutral air, knocked them in the air a bit, and you shined their legs, but you shined them so it sends them down, when they touch the ground they can do what they want regardless if you just shined them .3 seconds ago.
Just something I discovered, dont know if its already been, but for those that didn't know about it what do you thihnk?
