My parents, finally, decided that I couldn't go. I told my mom I was going on a Sunday for about a week or so and she was like: "Oh, ok."
And just today I told my dad: "Oooh I'm going in 2 days." And he's like: "WTF, what's this about you going on a SUNDAY? I don't think so, no. You could've gone before."
Oh well. I didn't have much hope anyway, but still, that's lame.

Since I have no credit and Jaz told me to explain (told, demanded, controlled):

I told my mom 'AND' dad before that I was going to Sydney from the 1st to the 13th, or something - you know, when this was first planned it was going to be a much longer trip. In any case, they seemed happy.
Then my mom figured out that I'd be there for a number of school days. She didn't mind TOO much.
Later on when the plan changed I told my mother that I'd be leaving on the 8th, she didn't seem to mind again.
And just today I said, with much excitement to my mom 'AND' dad (again): "I'm going to Sydney - in 2 days." I think, maybe only then, that he realised I was going to Sydney on SUNDAY, which is the 8th.
My dad says: "Blah blah I don't think so you're not going."
My mom says: "... Doo doo doo." Because she doesn't care.
I 'thought' my dad was being rather... blah-ZAY about me going to Sydney on a school week. I guess he didn't realise I was, though. Which is lame. =]
And now he knows.
And now he doesn't want me to go.
Maybe next time. : D When, and if, we go during holidays, or such.

Hmm... I'm contemplating going against my father's wishes and going anyway.
I'll try to persuade him into letting me go. : D No promises, though.

I played a game with my brother and I realised whenever I tap the control stick in a direction it would still register it as being pushed that way even after I let it go.
Meaning if I pressed the control stick right (or any other direction) and then let it go back to the centre my character would still keep on walking to the right (or whatever direction I pressed).
Oh well.
It was old anyway. : D
