Time for some madman0017 Talk.

1st things first: My copy of Brawl is glitchy, so if it malfunctions during a match, please don't complain. Any match can be reset.

2nd: I am proud to announce that there will be obligatory MONEY MATCHES!

3rd: I am having difficulty unlocking some characters. So therefore, you may not be able to play as your favorite or new main. I'll do my best though. (You try starting Sub-Space on intense!)

4th: Another Wii has been found. We will have 2 running on the day.

5th: In order to play SSB:Brawl properly, I must use 2 discs. So yeah, try to crash as least often as possible.

6th: If you want a copy for you Wiikeyed Wii, I can not offer you one, I'm sorry if I had aluded to that earlier to any of you. But hey you get to play it for a good day so that should be awesome enough right? (and plus DL Discs cost a butt-load of money.)


Okay, now some quick impressions.

The Sup-Space Emmisary:

VERY AWESOME. The standard gameplay is slower than the standard for Brawls becuase of the stickers, but that's not a bad thing.

Character impressions:

Mario: Standard awesome Mario.
DK: Some of his attacks are too slow for me, and also too short range.
King Dedede: I love King Dedede. Plus I've always wanted him in so I could main him.
Bowser: Bowser-cide FTW!
Ike: Holy Farging Karp he is strong. Slow... but strong!
Marth: **** quick. And with power to boot.
MK: Good moves. Holding down A is LOL!
Snake: **** you can spam this guy to hell.
Pit: FERGY'ING SHINKU! HE IS FREAKING ANNOYING AS ALL HELL!
Kirby: Cheats. But in all seriousness, he is MUCH improved.
Samus: I can't use her without the Missile Cancel anymore (yeah I have actually learnt it in Melee now)
Link: Haven't got enough play time with him yet. Seems decent.
Luigi: The "GOD OF TAUNTING!"
Olimar: I don't like him. But I seem to always win with him.
Peach: Meh... alright I guess. Didn't really use to play her.
Yoshi: Final smash = EVERYBODY RUN THE **** AWAY!
Zelda: MUCH better. I like her now.
Shiek: Still kickass.

I'll buy a controller on the condition (i'll buy one anyway, but just do it) somebody emails me when theres a meet in the works and i haven't been posting, because i have a habit of missing the forum thread reply notifications and then missing all the meets and then when i get back theres a long period of un-meetiness.
Followed by me missing a thread reply notification.
Repeat.
I suck -_- I'm going to random every time from now on! Unless i get bowser! Just because i need to see if theres any gems i like but am missing out on :P

Tried some online matches with madman and some guy from perth. The perth one had insane lag, but the other guy was capped, and madmans wasn't much better. There was at least .4 of a second lag between pressing a button and it happening in game. Not sure if thats how laggy it will always be or if its because of wireless. Apparently the lan adapter lowers lag a fair bit so I might try get one.
