Texas - looking for training in San Marcos, Austin, or San Antonio

I'm looking for anyone to smash it up with in central Texas. I'm in San Marcos, but am close to Austin and San Antonio. I've just now found out about the wavedance, shfflc and the like, but am good with the basics. I'd be down to play with anyone that good, or (hopefully) much better.

There are good smashers for you to play with in both Austin and San antonio (considering only the places you mentioned).

People play smash in Austin at the university of texas on Friday's on a weekly basis.

There is also a good sized bunch of smashers around the houston area. We're no where near as good as the Austin bunch, but we don't suck too horribly. I'm sure someone will hold a smashfest over the break.

Those are arguably the most active AIM users from austin so your best bet is to communicate with one of them.

Pianodude: there are people here in San Antonio that are willing to play with you, lots of people in San Antonio play, but some of the better players you will find in San Antonio is:
