Yah, there's a possibility that I'll be moving to Red Deer.
Me and a friend are buying a place, but the housing market in Calgary is just too expensive. If we can't find a place that's affordable here, I'll be moving to Red Deer.

Man though Chad, you haven't posted here for a while.
*whoop whoop* That is so intense. Move to Red Deer. We need better smashers here.
What about your job back in Calgary?
p.s. If you do move to Red Deer, try to move in somewhere near 5006-38 ave or walking distance :] aka the west side of Red Deer (morrisroe, sunnybrook, clearview etc.).It's poorer then the far west but it's less poor then the east.
*tee hee* : D

I love you Manuel. <3
300th Post!!! SPARRRRRTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
=D I love Shawn too! and I normally dislike Samus players! Double-You-Tiep? [i hope someone gets that...]
Isn't Manli mexican?
HOW DARE YOU! Read below for explanation.
LOLOLOL
Yes. He is Mexican. And loves his fellow Mexican comrades.
Also Manuel, on a serious note, this time I met you I liked you alot more than January and I think you're a great guy!
Aww, thank you, Carl. It was great to see you again and get to know you in a deeper, more meaningful way. As in, we watched "The balls are inert" together.
NO I AM NOT MEXICAN! =) and I have no fellow comrades! Allow me to present to you fine people the following discussion which happened on a Facebook group entitled "master debaters". Behold.

Manuel why do you oppose Mexicans so much? You're like culture... just let it slide haha

For someone who's completed English 12, I expect better grammar. "You're like culture..."? I'm assuming you meant to say "It's like your culture". I originally thought this group to be highly concentrated in intelligent people.
By the way, I am not of Mexican culture, descent, or in way directly related to Mexicans. Except Jose.

But alas, here's what's most important.
How do you find out the population of Jose's extended family (the mexicans)?
... You roll an american penny down a hill and count them as they race by.
Who of Jose's extended family is the richest of them all?
... The guy who got the penny.

Manuel! I am appalled that you would sink so low as to lie about my culture. Its already shameful that you hide your mexican blood from this group but to pin that on me is just disgraceful. I am Filipino and mexican are much closer to spaniards than they are to filipinos. Furthermore, dont go spreading the story of how your father became the richest man in Mexico by catching that elusive penny and then turning that tale upon my family. Its your family history not mine and i want no part in it.
I expect some kind of apology in the very near future.

Jose, didn't your "padre" teach you anything about cultural pride? Sure, it's not much, but the mexicans have a few accomplishments. For example, they hold the record on the most number of people to illegally "ride the rails" into America. In addition, they collectively hold the record for "not having taken a bath in 3.1415 weeks, partly due to not owning a bathtub".
You delude yourself. You think because you wake up 2 hours earlier every morning to straighten your hair, that you can deceive the good people here at Master Debators facebook group that you are indeed Filipino. It seems you are in the middle of an identity crisis, and for this I offer my deepest remorse. It is the general verdict of this group, nay, the Greater Vancouver district, that you are indeed a dirty mexican, fit to be treated by mexican standards. I need not explain to you (of all people) what those mexican standards are, but of course they include vulgar language, drunken behaviour, and severe stinginess.

The Alberta-Columbia thread.

05-29-2007, 05:37 PM
This should really only be the Alberta, Canada topic since we're the third(And last) province that is active.
When an active Saskatchewan and Manitoba community surface then a thread can be made for them. I say this because we finally have a Canada section, so now we can afford to be a little more specfic in our threads.
Whaddya say guyz?

We have a Central Canada Smash Circuit, it's best not to confuse the issue I think. Manitoba does have an active community but their base of operations is outside of SmashBoards at www.ssga.tk.

Yeah, from what I've heard our smash community is a bit more active; there are more smashfests and tournaments. We also often have OOS come to our tournaments, and there are steady smashers who go OOS for a few tournaments.
I'm seriously considering quitting.

It really wasn't that obvious considering he is notorious for that very action.
Also, sarcasm detectors are going for $23.95 at my Costco, but it is possible that they cost a whole lot more in Quebec what with all the PST and referendum administration fees, so we mustn't hold it against our visiting Daisy fan. :)

you forget that I had posted more. at that time it was 71 - 1
also, manuel, yeah I know, but this thread is a matter of many things that causes me to spam.
I'll avoid it now though, since I have better things I could do.
edit: de-sig'd, but hey I just realized i've gotten better since I pull out my signature always now.
