Argh! We're Western Canada! Western! Seriously, I don't want to Smash with guys from...Winnipeg. They're Central Canada. But Whatev's. Edmonton, right 'hurr.

Ya know...I really wish this wasn't the very first reply in the Central Canada thread.....maybe that's why Winnipeg doesn't talk to us. :confused:

I also love how I just noticed that proimpact went from a small crew in calgary to essentially running central canada.

well it is all randall, but hes doing it under the proimpact system.

the site is proimpact.ca not randall.ca, its all proimpact labeled.

Presently, Calgary has the largest smash scene in Central Canada, I think that's pretty clear, but just because I direct tournaments in Calgary doesn't mean I "run" anything at a CCSC-level. I sure as hell don't run Manitoba!

It's community-run and player-supported. Besides, if I truly had any power, most of the smashers would be banned for typing so incoherently. :)

Have any of you played against JAPMAN? How does he do? Joel, I heavily agree with your edit. All the spam is "nice" and all, but that's what msn and multi-person convos are for. I feel that this thread should be used to discuss smashfests/tournaments/smash-related stuff. It's just cleaner that way. For example, what if a new smasher comes in and wants to know things about the community? But instead, he/she sees a thread overrun by spam? Expect a huge influx of "noobs" come brawl time. I want to see a healthy CC community by the time I'm over there.
