Also using Fat and Chemical Leaveners is a good idea too. As in Fat you can either use Tallow, or Lard(Lard being better for things with a flaky texture, I.E pie crusts) and Vegetable oil.

If you ever bake something and the yeast ferments too much, remember to add more salt next time! Salt controls the amount yeast can ferment!

LOL that was awesome

"SOFTER? COOK THEM LESS"
"TOO SOFT? COOK THEM MORE"
"ITS SO SIMPLE"

I love telling people they fail at cooking.

by the way, there was no bi-weeklie this sunday, because it hasnt been two weeks, I believe its the 9th if chads housewarming isnt then.

OOO I see, hence the " BI-Weekly"

And if you want the average cookie, you can under bake them, but things like sugar, fat, and leaveners enrich AND soften your dough. Thats why High-ratio cakes go splat when you drop them from an inchs height.(they usually have 120%-160% more sugar in comparison to the flour)

LOL, for a second I thought this was the bi-weeklies thread.

yeah, even though bi weeklie could mean twice a week, we mean every second.

and chads housewarming isnt nessesarily instead of a bi-weeklie, randall and chad will have to talk and it might be that ones saturday the other is sunday, or just chads housewarming. In the end, its up to them.

yeah, even though bi weeklie could mean twice a week, we mean every second.I'm surprised Randall didn't step in here. Bi-weekly could not mean twice a week, it definitely means every 2nd week. The word you're looking for is "semi-weekly".

you planning on showing for this one?

your tournaments turning into every 3 months.

My suggestion (its a real one too) just be patient, because honestly, You're rushing it way too much, your tournaments are coming out really low quality, you need to spend more time and make them better, with good preparation and running, and better payout.

Victor, organize yourself, get things straight.

edit: not to sound rude. but come on.

Nihility
09-03-2007, 12:14 PM
Because Victor should be taught how to run a tourney, and not just have other players run it for him in his name :(
