Need help with Fox!

ok..my freind has been useing fox for as long as i can remember but for some reason when he reflects
its all slow
then i see other people reflect and its really fast
so...
i was hopeing i can get some helpful tips to make his reflect time shorter...
any suggestions will help!!

you can jump out of it, and thus wavedash out of it
use those

Yeah, use the Fox shine guide next time. It's called jump canceling btw.
