Hmm I remember why I ditched Mortal Kombat (and realised how much I suck at it now)

It's cause the AI is ridiculously ________ (fill in the blank)

Seriously, they practically read all your movements and counter it.

I don't know how I put up with it back then, because I remember I was able to beat Shao Khan, but the only way to get to him was to have someone beat Mortaro for me. I could never beat him :@@@@@ lolz

I've been playing Guilty Gear like.. a Maniac. Practicing combos and FRCancels.. ok well how about the night, anyone -- from 6 afterwerds? Anyone want to hang out / smash?
I'm also about to be up for 24 hours straight -- in a mere 7 hours! Woo!

LOL Mortal Kombat. I played all the way to Shinnok and he was ****ing hard.

Gave up since then. What were the devs expecting us to do? Beat a computer?

The CPU is ridiculous, being able to practically read your movements and sh`it.

Its based on button inputs, not 'read' your movements lol.

Kasparov got beaten by a computer in a game of chess :p

That's Deep Blue,l and Deep Blue is superior. It's no ordinary 'computer'.

Also, humans play based on intuition.

Computers play based on patterns.

Chess is way different to..Mortal Kombat.

button inputs? Not really, I move in one direction they already counter it.

Say I jump, they quickly jump and kick me right away. Not to mention the damage on Mortal Kombat is always a lot, I don't see why they have a huge time limit.

I know the computers can read your "inputs" in Guilty Gear, but a player could do the same thing by reading your animation -- you just have to have fast eyes. The computer in Guilty Gear will mess up though on purpose (missing a block for example), and they are always vulnerable when they move forward anyways (cant block).
