Encyclopedia
Hi, I was wondering what exactly the encyclopedia will be like, and when do you expect it to open?

Metroid Killer: Well the encyclopedia will concern the whole F-Zero franchise including the GBA games and the anime. Though I don't want to reveal too much already. It might be ready for launch by the end of March.


Battle
Who do u think would win in a fight, Michael Chain or Samurai Goroh?

Metroid Killer: It depends. Michael is a great boxer, and Samurai Goroh is great with a katana. Though I would say that Goroh would win. Michael Chain isn't exactly that bright, and a katana is pretty superior to a boxing glove.


Timeline
Greetings. How art thou?

I'm rather intrigued into the whole F-Zero timeline. It's pretty safe to assume that the SNES F-Zero is among the first Grand Prixs, or at least the first "game-covered" GP, but after that there's X and GX, when do these follow relating to each other, and the SNES GP? And this "major accident" four previous from GX, what is this and where is it likely to fit into the timeline? Then there's the two GBA games to consider.

Which reminds me, are you doing any coverage on the new Falcon Densetsu game at all?

Metroid Killer: Excellent question. Now this is where we find many contradictions in the F-Zero universe. The official websites (both American and Japanese) for F-Zero X, said some confusing stuff like that the game took place in the 24th century, and when the Skull died in the F-Max grand prix one of the other victims was Kevin Stewart(Dr. Stewarts father).

Now in F-Zero GX we get to know that it takes place in the 26th century, 1 year after F-Zero X. And that the F-MAX grand prix where The Skull died took place in the 24th century. We also get to know that the Accident(read about it in some of the Pilot Profiles) took place 4 years prior to F-Zero GX.

Maximum velocity takes place 25 years after F-Zero(SNES) according to the MV website.

The new F-Zero Blue Falcon is based on the new anime, unfortunately the creators was as confused as us and decided that the anime takes place in the 24th century. This is why the anime is seen as another cannon, another F-Zero universe.

I've made this timeline that fits the best in my opinion. Remember that it's not an official timeline.

I will do coverage on the new GBA F-Zero, by posting news and maybe add guides etc. But it wont get it's own site though. Unless I'm gonna get really bored this summer ;)
