the best time to do dancing blade is to punish someone. if they mess up and you can easily just turn around and dancing blade them since you can do it in any direction almost instantaneously. It racks up about 10%+ so use it when you see an opening that can easily be punished. ;)

well the thing is that if you try to approach him and you do manage to dodge the nades/missles he'll just spam up-smash missles and either f-tilt or shield grab you.
