I prefer Male Trainer cause I like being my gender when its a self insert character. That and female trainers in game face is soooooo bad. Only down side is the gen 5 color swap is female so I cant rep my favorite gen :c

Not many if any at all from the smash 4 roster. Smash wasnt that long ago and it would be very upsetting for many if especially the original characters to that game didnt return. Which is probably part of the reason they made "everyone is here" a priority.

Conquest was really good gameplay wise but overall the three games are full of horrendous writing, bad characters, and weird unnecessary fanservice. Terrible place to get your first taste of FE.

Awakening is good to start with if you want a newer FE, stay away from fates though. If you want a classic to start with I suggest Sacred Stones.
