If you find a character you like to use, look up Youtube videos of pros playing that character, and if their play style is similar to yours, it may be a good character choice for you, since they are likely using their character to the best of their potential. If not, maybe it's worth looking...

I guess the idea of DLC sounds alright to me, but I dunno about downloading characters. That's too much of a game changer in my opinion. Now they could probably pull off characters as DLC just fine, but I personally think it'd be more fair if it was limited to just stages, music tracks, etc.

Third Party Characters Just because a certain character from another franchise made an appearance in a Nintendo game doesn't give them full rights to be in smash bros. I mean do you really want a soldier from call of duty in SSBU? I know I don't.

For me, I would definitely main Dark Samus if they made it. Most definitely. As my main normally switches, I'd probably second either falco if he's still good or maybe another newcomer like Ridley if he was to make it. My main is always changing, but I'd try out those guys first. :phone:

Thank you for agreeing with the many people that believe that Dark Samus can be made to not be a Samus clone. Kudos to you!

Dark Samus and Samus Aran can be made as different as you want them to be. Dark Samus is based off of Phazon, and DS's moves as suggested by Venus of the Desert Bloom are far from similar compared to SA's move set. Dark Samus can be engineered as a completely different character from Samus. And...

I think that Ridley wouldn't be a good character for SSb4, mainly because he was a boss from SSBB and he'd be probably too big and bulky to work. I just can't see it happening. However, if they maybe add some characters from Metroid Prime Hunters, that may work as well. They could add in Trace...

They gotta bring Mewtwo back, he was one of my favorites from Melee. If they touch up his moveset a bit, he can be just fine. Add in Psystrike, man, he'll be good. After all, he was supposed to be placed in brawl alongside Lucario. With both of them in SSB4, it'll be awesome.
