falco and diddy are the only top tier characters that looses to a low tier (jigglypuff)

only the rest and rest combos, everything else is better and the roll out is god, i know its predictable but in some situations u cant avoid it (enemy comming from above or in free fall)

jigglypuff the most underrated she should be c or d tier imo she got awsome spacing good gimping skills ,roll out kills at 80% most characters if hit, decent matchups just that noone bet for her cuz shes hard to use in the proper way i dont use her but i got a friend that is beast with her
