    This is not ordered within the tiers, merely grouped. I believe the characters after A- ends are gonna start having a reasonably harder time performing well in tournaments, not to say they can’t or anything like that. Key explanations: Squirtle A-: Okay a lot of people in my opinion...

    Work on your ground game. His dashdance is excellent and his grab has good range and great follow ups. dash d tilt is good on the ground. down throw tech chase, and all 3 of his other throws can combo depending on di, weight, percentages etc. . .

    i think at around 28, DI pending he can get a d smash on fast fallers off up throw. good near the ledge

    So I watch a lot of high level play, and whenever I see shield pressure be applied it's usually multishines or shine nair or whatever but how come I never see any shine jump canceled grabs? It seems so good because you got him scared in shield
