What do I do about .rar files when trying to add a texture to a character? I know it's not the right file type but many texture sites I keep downloading from have most downloads in this format. What can I do to change the file type or make .rar work?

What about while I wasn't near the opponent?

It has happened when I was near and far away from my opponent. If it was a fott stool it was a glitch footstool cause the opponent had no reaction. And I never landed and did a fullhop, unless it was a glitchy lagless landing that I never noticed.
