    This is my easiest match up. I just stand around waiting for the G&W to attack cause most likely I can shine everything he throws at me, even the bair. If he goes into the air for the dair, jump shine backwards for a bair. Pivot grab when he decides to run for the grab. I don't see a way to lose...
