At this point, I'd be happy to see Terra as an assist trophy or mii costume.

I think it would be weird for a villain to represent FF6 before a hero. And Terra is the poster girl of FF6.

Just a reminder that my Terra mod for Rivals of Aether is still in development. Sephiroth's reveal might mean the end of Terra's chances for Smash Ultimate and Terra's chances beyond that may remain yet unclear but I'm still determined to make all the Terra fans happy through other avenues!

She's faster and heavier with just less range to compensate? That doesn't sound fair.

I would say that a skilled Peach/Daisy knows how to maximize their movement using dash and float. I've played with some people who were quite surprised by how fast I made Peach look back in Smash4. Actual pro players like Samsora also really made Peach look fast in Smash 4.

I think it depends where you ask really in terms of popularity. But yeah, that's what I figured. Not a good reason and certainly not fun for everyone.

What would be the balance in this? It irks me that people keep pushing this idea that Daisy is better with no drawbacks for no reason. Most likely, these differences are nothing more than unique animations for Daisy. Alt costumes like Aph don't have unique animations but echoes do. It goes...

I'm actually relieved that there's no real difference. I was afraid of Daisy being considered "optimal" for whatever reason and being pressured to play a character I just personally don't like as much as Peach.

It's not hard in my experience. You just run up to them, push them a bit and charge up smash. The sweet spot for up smash was a lot more forgiving in Smash 4 too. In Brawl, it was hard.

Isn't a sweet-spotted up smash usually better kill power? I remember multiple times where I killed at least two people and healed myself using Peach's final smash in free-for-alls before.

With any Final Smash though there's a way to use it that might feel underwhelming and a way that could feel very rewarding. Some people think Puff's final smash is underwhelming but most of them are probably using it wrong and not using it as an edgeguard like it's intended to be, In the recent...

I don't understand why people beg for Peach/Daisy's final smash to be replaced so much. It's actually OP when used right. You don't just get a kill: you get the chance to heal a lot of damage which is a huge swing factor. It's not really a crazy attack but it's still good.
