let's see time I get to play there's the morning's and evenings for Monday-Thursday, Fridays I get to play from morning til the evening then from Saturday afternoon til Monday afternoon :p looks like plenty of time to me so I'm in I hope :).

Actually Deva seems to be one of the least cocky ones on these boards compared to most of the others I've seen granted I've not been all over these boards to see all the competitive smashers so I can't say just how many aren't but yeah I've seen several that are. Legan also seems not to be cocky.

Well my mom just decided to get vonage for our phone service. The question is how much should I expect it to increase the lag with brawl if it makes any significant difference at all.

Yes they are identifiers giving you an indication of about how much lag to expect if any at all. Though of course you can get lucky every once in awhile and a person with a red circle you won't have any lag at all just depends on the traffic congestion at the time.
