    Mario has a reflection move with wound-down frames...perhaps they'll just lengthen Fox/Falco wind-down frames....still useful as a reflector initially, but during wind-down you could be caught

    Just a thought To add a bit more of a constructive argument... Does anyone feel that wavedashing creates a "barrier to entry" of sorts concerning competitive smash play? The sheer difficulty of learning the nuances has probably prevented many-a-smasher from engaging in tournaments etc...
